Each session combines guided mindfulness, breath awareness, and silent walking.

What should I bring?
1.basic personal stuff during your stays.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Yes. Absolutely for everyone.
Can I come solo?
Yes. Our door is open for solo, group of friends and family
Are meals provided?
Meals can be arranged prior to your arrival.
Cooking is allowed too. Simple kitchen utensils are provided, clean up after yourself is our practice in our self-cleaned kitchen.
How to get there?
Driving or pick up service can be arranged.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Mobile phone data is good too.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Bookings are transferable not refundabl.
